has a unique pricing policy for the services provided. Our services are based on two models: on-demand services and maintenance agreements. Although we provide a set of guidelines for our pricing model, whatever the level of scope of your project is or any budgetary constraints you may have, will deliver with a solid guarantee.

has established an average daily rate of $850 for our customers. Our maintenance agreements start from $300 per month depending on the size of your organization.

The tasks performed, however, will be charged depending on the complexity of your requirements and tasks completed; it is extremely important to emphasize that each project or task will be assessed separately and costs will be determined considering the activities involved. As a final note an initial discount will be applied for the first time customers.

Implementation Methodology

team has a proven process to manage your projects and deliver the agreed objectives with a solid guarantee. We break our projects into three major phases: Requirements Analysis and Planning, Implementation and Support

Phase I - Requirements Analysis & Planning

When you engage our services, we will provide you with a free requirements analysis session that will be completed in a couple of hours. team will review your office, your servers and desktops and your network platform during this phase. Based on our preliminary assessment, we will provide you with a preliminary action plan that will be finalized with your feedback. The deliverable for this phase is a complete implementation plan with target dates and costs associated for each major task.

Phase II - Implementation

team will implement the plan and provide you with on-going feedback during this phase. Since the target dates and costs are predetermined in the planning process, there will be no cost overruns or delays provided that the scope of the implementation plan is not changed during this phase.

Phase III - Support

We will provide post implementation support to ensure that your network systems and applications work according to agreed upon objectives after each implementation. Then the project is rolled into a maintenance agreement provided that you are satisfied with our services.
