Maintenance agreements allow to carry the hours from one month to another, but hours cannot be carried over on agreement year to another. Although surcharges are applicable for priority calls,
team will waive surcharges if resources available immediately; to avoid future disagreements in this matter
management will handle emergency calls personally and will let you know whether surcharges will be applied before dispatching a technician.
